It foresees the following levenls: pre-primary education (Mate\u0159ska \u0161kola); primary and lower secondary school (Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u0161kola); mainstream secondary school (Gymn\u00e1zium); conservatoire \u2013 secondary and higher education in the field of arts (Konzervato\u0159e); secondary school combining mainstream education, theoretical vocational classes and practical training (St\u0159edn\u00ed \u0161kola);\u00a0 higher vocational education (Vy\u0161\u0161i odborna \u0161kola); university or non-university higher education institutes (Vysok\u00e1 \u0161kola). Vocational apprenticeship centres combine theoretical classes and practical work placements in enterprises, which make up a significant part of the course.
